Who We Are

The Church on the Levee is the gathering of people who are seeking to know and to follow the Lord Jesus Christ. Originated in 2020, the Levee Church’s thrust has been to follow the Great Commission of Jesus as stated in the Bible under Matthew 28, verses 19 to 20. It states,

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age." Amen.

We meet together every Sunday below the I-49 Overpass on Murray Street in Alexandria, LA.

Services launch at 12:30 pm with a hot meal following the service afterward and wrapping up at around 1:45 p.m.
