Lead Pastor 

Pastor Andy is the lead pastor of Church on the Levee in Alexandria, Louisiana.  Prior to holding this office, Andy has held 35 plus years of both leadership and followership positions at numerous levels within the church.  This includes over 12 years of prison ministry , teaching/leading life groups, overseeing numerous mission trips around the world, serving as an elder, and empowering other church leadership through teaching and encouragement.

Pastor Andy works full-time as an Associate Professor of Criminal Justice at a local university.  He also has over 29 years of military service behind him and is a combat veteran.

He and his wife AnnaMarie have been married for over 32 years and they are blessed to have three adult children and two grandsons.

Associate Pastor

Dave is dad to 3 incredible kids and “pops” to his first granddaughter, who recently made her arrival. He has been involved in ministry since he was 14, both as a full-time pastor and as a lay pastor. Dave has a love for people that come from his own understanding of God’s grace. You can find him at Goldman Equipment selling farm and lawn equipment on any given day.

Associate Pastor

Steve became ordained in 2015.  He is active at both Methodist Churches in Alexandria and Pineville.  Steve is the proud father of two children, Marilyn and Hayden.  In addition to his ministerial work, Steve works in the forestry industry.  An avid outdoorsman and guide, Steve has a keen appreciation for the outdoors and the environment.  He is active in area sports as a player and coach.
